It is with great sadness that Northern announces the passing of Lawrence "Larry" Hall Jr

of the West Carthage Fire Department on Tuesday, June 3, 2025 in Vero Beach, Florida. Larry served as NNYVFA President for 2015-2016. He was chair of the FASNY firefighter of the year committee as well as being a member of the Northern committee. He also served as Jefferson County Director for Believe NNY Inc. Funeral services at this time are incomplete but will be held at the Bezanilla-McGraw Funeral Home in Carthage. When details are known, they will be shared. R.I.P. my friend.
