Funeral services for NNYVFA Past President Lawrence "Larry" Hall Jr

will be Saturday, June 21, 2025 with calling hours from 10 a.m. until noon with the church services to be following. Everything will be at St. James Church, located on State Street in the Village of Carthage. A request is being made for firefighters and fire trucks for a procession the cemetery afterward. At our annual meeting today, the NNYVFA scholarship winners were announced
Northern New York Volunteer Firemen's Association, June 08
They are Adrian Capron, Lowville, Sarah Herzig, Croghan, Jonathan Witt, Lake Placid, Jennifer Fay, Lake Placid and Emily Knight, Croghan. Grant Mullins of Adams was chosen as an alternate. It is with great sadness that Northern announces the passing of Lawrence "Larry" Hall Jr
Northern New York Volunteer Firemen's Association, June 04
of the West Carthage Fire Department on Tuesday, June 3, 2025 in Vero Beach, Florida. Larry served as NNYVFA President for 2015-2016. He was chair of the FASNY firefighter of the year committee as well as being a member of the Northern committee. He also served as Jefferson County Director for Believe NNY Inc.
